Adagio Sofa for Flexform

A furniture design with architectural ambition, Adagio is blatant in breaking away from traditional furniture forms with a clustering of specially-designed pillows within the framework of a three-seat geometric sofa. A high upholstered back balances neatly with the seat and its non-orthogonal cushions to form an asymmetrical, yet functional and comfortable design. Adagio is built from a wood frame with polyurethane padding covered by a protective fabric lining and upholstery available in removable fabric or leather covers, exemplifying restrained elegance with a contemporary geometry. 

The project was realized collaboratively with Lev Libeskind, Daniel Libeskind, and their respective studios.
